Stayed at this lovely hotel a few weeks ago. Hotel was spotless and we had a harbor view which was a major plus. The foods was fine but the service was second to none. Very friendly staff couldn't do enough for us.

Family RoomsComfortable Rooms to Sleep up to 4 People
Our spacious family rooms can sleep up to 4 people. Some rooms are equipped with bunk beds to accommodate families, others are available with one double bed and either one or two additional single beds. Some family rooms are available with sea views.
Full cancellation can be made up to 60 days before arrival date. After this date a charge will be made.
60 to 30 days – 50% charge of all rooms cancelled.
Cancellation within 1 month will be charged at 100% of all rooms cancelled.
Due to high demand, it is the hotels policy to request regular updates. Rooming lists are to be submitted as soon as possible or if requested by the hotel.
If a major change to the client contract becomes necessary, the hotel will advise the client as soon as reasonably possible. In the event of the hotel being unable to offer the booked accommodation, all money will be refunded due to a lack of alternative accommodation in the area.
A non-refundable deposit to the value stated on your contract is required at the time of booking.
Prices quoted are per person for the duration of the stay.
Double or twin rooms are based on two people sharing.
Bookings at the weekend are generally for a minimum of two nights, though single nights are occasionally available upon request.
We will endeavour to accommodate any special dietary requirements. Please advise us at least two days prior to arrival.
Accommodation is available from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival, however should you wish to arrive prior to this time facilities are available to store your luggage.
We kindly request that you vacate your room by 10.00 am on the morning of departure; however facilities are available to store your luggage.
Check-out is by 10am; a late check-out fee of £15 per hour will be charged thereafter. If you require a late check-out it must be agreed prior to departure date with management
The hotel accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal possessions. All items are left at the owners' risk.
Please note that due to a high volume of lost property, we reserve the right to charge for the postage and packaging of the item(s) and an additional £10 admin fee. We also reserve the right to give any lost property to charity or dispose of it two weeks from the stay date. Artist Residence is not liable for any lost property.
A charge of £50 will be deducted from the card details provided by the guest if keys are lost or taken home and not returned. This covers the change of lock, key fob and engraving and cost for a new key.
Guests are requested to conduct themselves appropriately at all times and to comply with Company procedures and/or requests with regard to conduct and respect for the property of the Hotel, its employees and guests and their health and safety. Guests are requested not to disrupt the comfort and enjoyment of other guests, the smooth running of the Hotel, or cause offence to other guests or our members of staff. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or services or remove you and members of your party from the Hotel if, in our reasonable opinion, we consider this provision to have been breached. Where this is the case shall have no obligation to refund you for lost accommodation, other services or any other loss or expense incurred.
